基于风险评估的责任制护理干预在骨髓增生异常综合征患者中的应用

Effect of Risk Assessment-Based Accountable Care Intervention in Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndrome

目的:探讨基于风险评估的责任制护理干预在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年5月至2023年7月本院收治的93例MDS患者为研究对象,根据干预方式,将其分为观察组(n=48,给予基于风险评估的责任制护理干预)和对照组(n=45,给予常规护理干预).比较两组患者心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估],生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评估]以及不良反应发生率.结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者GQOLI-74评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在MDS患者中应用基于风险评估的责任制护理干预可改善其心理状态,提高其生活质量,降低不良反应的发生率.

Objective:To analyse the effectiveness of a risk assessment-based accountable care intervention in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS).Methods:A total of 93 patients with MDS admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=48,received risk-assessment-based accountable care interventions)and control group(n=45,received conventional interventions)according to the intervention modalities.The two groups were compared with psychological status[evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[evaluated by the general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)],and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups,and SAS and SDS scores in observation group was lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);GQOLI-74 scores increased in both groups after the intervention,and GQOLI-74 scores in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of risk assessment-based accountable care interventions in MDS patients can improve their psychological status,enhance their quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
