基于定向协调策略改进换热单元优化的换热网络综合

Heat exchanger network synthesis based on directional coordination strategy to improve heat exchange unit optimization

摘要 针对强制进化随机游走算法优化换热网络时,换热单元过早消去和新生成换热单元难以存活,导致结构固化的问题,本文提出以换热单元数和年综合费用为双重评价指标的定向协调策略。首先,通过智能摄取换热单元数确定目标单元数域和平行种群数量;其次,将不同的目标单元数分配给平行种群;最后,以实际单元数与目标单元数的离散程度为评判标准,设计动态优化路径。该方法旨在避免优化算法在优化过程中因换热单元数限制而陷入局部极值陷阱,使每个平行种群内的个体可以充分搜索和优化目标单元数下的换热网络结构,从而同时兼顾算法的局部搜索能力与全局搜索能力。采用15SP算例和20SP算例进行验证,分别得到1496744USD/a和1396596USD/a的结果,均优于文献所得结果,证明了方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of premature elimination of heat exchange units and the difficulty of survival of newly generated heat exchange units when the heat exchanger network is optimized by Random Walk Algorithm with Compulsive Evolution,a directional coordination strategy based on the number of heat exchange units and annual comprehensive cost was proposed.Firstly,target unit number threshold and parallel population number were determined by intelligently ingesting number of heat exchanger units.Secondly,different target units number were assigned to parallel populations.Finally,a dynamic optimization path was designed based on the discrete degree between the actual number of units and the target number of units.The purpose of this method was to avoid the optimization algorithm falling into the local extremum trap due to the limitation of the number of heat exchange units in the optimization process,so that individuals in each parallel population could fully search and optimize the structure of the heat exchanger network under the number of target units,and both local search and global search capabilities of the algorithm could be considered.15SP and 20SP cases were used to verify the results,and the results were 1496744USD/a and 1396596USD/a,respectively.The results were better than those obtained in literature,which proved the effectiveness of the method.
