摘要
目的糖平散治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)在临床上疗效确切,本文运用网络药理学的方法探索其潜在活性成分、靶点和机制研究。方法基于软件筛选糖平散的有效成分、找到T2DM疾病相关的基因、找出中药活性化合物与疾病的交叉点,进行网络拓扑学分析,做蛋白相互作用网络图(PPI),对京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)功能和基因本体(GO)进行富集分析。结果糖平散主要有效成分共有33种,糖平散药物有效成分作用靶点有364个靶点;T2DM靶点基因有13790个;中药活性化合物-作用靶点-疾病的交集靶点共348个。结论糖平散有可能对T2DM产生疗效是由于其能够综合多种物质、多个目标并利用各种路径来协同工作所致,为进一步的研究提供了有力的依据。
Objective Tang-ping-san is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).This paper explores its potential active ingredients,targets and mechanisms by using the method of network pharmacology.Methods Based on the software,the effective ingredients of Tang-ping-san were screened,the genes related to T2DM diseases were found,and the intersection between active compounds of traditional Chinese medicine and diseases was found.The network topology analysis was carried out,and the diagram of protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was made,and the function and gene ontology(GO)of Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)were enriched and analyzed.Results There were a total of 33 main active ingredients in Tang-ping-san,and 364 active targets of Tang-ping-san.There were 13790 target genes for type 2 diabetes mellitus;there were 348 intersection targets of active compounds,targets of action,and diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Tang-ping-san may have curative effect on T2DM because it can synthesize many substances and targets and use various paths to work together,which provides a strong basis for further research.
