三十九味骨愈贴凝胶基质配方及其制备工艺的探索研究

摘要 目的探索三十九味骨愈贴的凝胶基质配方及制备工艺,为其深入研究和应用奠定实践基础。方法采用模糊数学感官评分和黏附力测定结果作为考察指标,先通过预实验和单因素实验确定空白凝胶基质的辅料种类和用量范围,再应用正交试验法优化辅料用量,最后考察药材入药方式。结果最优凝胶基质配方为:相对密度1.10(25~30℃)的药材提取清膏210.0 g、甘油100.0 g、聚丙烯酸钠NP-70030.0 g、聚维酮K903.0 g、酒石酸1.2 g、甘羟铝0.9 g、依地酸二钠0.8 g、山梨酸钾2.0 g及月桂氮䓬酮6.0 g。结论本研究成功确立了三十九味骨愈贴凝胶基质配方和制备工艺的基础框架,为其后续研究开发和产品优化提供了重要参考依据。 Objective To investigate the formula of gel matrix and its preparation technology of 39-taste bone healing patch,so as to lay a practical foundation for its in-depth research and application.Methods The fuzzy mathematical sensory scoring and the adhesion force measurement results were used as the evaluation indicators.Firstly,the types and dosage range of excipients of blank gel matrix were determined through pre-experiment and single factor experiment,secondly the dosage of excipients was optimized by orthogonal test,and finally the way of medicinal materials was investigated.Results The optimal gel matrix formula was as follows:210.0 g of herbal extracted clear paste with relative density of 1.10(25-30℃),100.0 g of glycerol,30.0 g of sodium polyacrylate NP-700,3.0 g of povidone K90,1.2 g of tartaric acid,0.9 g of aluminum glycinate,0.8 g of disodium edetate,2.0 g of potassium sorbate and 6.0 g of laurocapram.Conclusion In this study,the basic framework of matrix formula and preparation technology of 39-taste bone healing patch was successfully established,which provided an important reference for its subsequent research and development and product optimization.
