在国家卫生健康政策推动下,公立医院正面临着转型升级的压力与机遇,旨在通过提高服务质量和运营效率实现高质量发展。在此背景下,病案管理作为医院信息体系的重要组成部分,其管理水平的高低直接影响到医院的决策制定和服务能力的提升。本研究以病案信息技术为切入点,探讨其在促进公立医院高质量发展中的作用机制及实施路径,本文揭示了病案信息技术助力医院高质量发展的内在逻辑。研究发现,病案信息技术的有效应用不仅提高了医疗服务的效率和质量,而且促进了医院内部管理和外部服务的协同优化,特别是在诊断相关分组付费模式下,病案信息技术的运用显著提升了医院对病种成本的控制能力。综上所述,本文认为,病案信息技术是推动公立医院高质量发展的关键驱动力之一。它通过整合和分析大量医疗数据,为医院管理提供决策支持,进而优化服务流程、提高诊疗质量和资源配置效率。研究结果表明,将病案信息技术纳入医院日常管理和运营中,对于实现公立医院高质量发展具有重要的理论和实践意义,有助于构建更加科学、高效的医疗服务体系,满足日益增长的公众健康需求。采用病案信息技术这种管理全流程的手段驱动公立医院高质量发展。

Driven by national health policies,public hospitals are facing the pressure and opportunity of transformation and upgrading,aiming to realize high-quality development by improving service quality and operational efficiency.In this context,as an important part of the hospital information system,the level of medical record management directly affects hospitals’decision-making and the improvement of service capabilities.This study takes medical record information technology as an entry point to explore its mechanism of action and implementation path in promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.This paper reveals the internal logic of medical record information technology in boosting hospitals’high-quality development.The study found that the effective application of medical record information technology not only improves the efficiency and quality of medical services,but also promotes the synergistic optimization of the internal management and external services of hospitals.The application of medical record information technology significantly improves hospitals’ability to control case costs,especially under the diagnosis-related group payment model.In summary,this paper argues that medical record information technology is one of the key drivers for the high-quality development of public hospitals.It provides support for the decision-making of hospital management by integrating and analyzing a large amount of medical data,further optimizing the service process and improving the quality of treatment and resource allocation efficiency.The results of the study show that the incorporation of medical record information technology into the daily management and operation of hospitals has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the high-quality development of public hospitals,and helps to build a more scientific and efficient medical service system to meet the growing demand for public health.The adoption of medical record information technology as a means of managing the whole process boosts the high-quality development of public hospitals.Full name in Chinese.
