甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Insulin Glargine Combined with Glimepiride in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月济南市莱芜区张家洼街道社区卫生服务中心收治的90例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用低精蛋白胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间早于对照组,胰岛素用量少于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著,可控制患者血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,快速实现血糖达标,减少胰岛素用量,降低低血糖发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Jinan Laiwu District Zhangjiawa Street Commu⁃nity Health Service Center from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isophane insulin combined with glimepiride,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with glimepiride.The blood glucose level,insulin resistance index,time to reach the standard of blood glucose,amount of insulin used,and hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The time to reach the standard of blood glucose in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the amount of insulin used in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglyce⁃mia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has significant effects,and can control the blood glucose levels of patients,improve insulin resistance,reach the standard of blood glucose rapidly,reduce the amount of insulin used,and reduce the inci⁃dence of hypoglycemia.
