微型钛板在口腔颌面骨折患者治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Titanium Mini-Plate in Treatment of Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Fractures

目的:探讨微型钛板在口腔颌面骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂市蒙阴县人民医院收治的口腔颌面骨折患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用微型钛板固定,对照组采用不锈钢板固定。比较两组手术相关指标、治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、颌面部功能恢复时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:微型钛板在口腔颌面骨折患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,促进颌面部功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of titanium mini-plate in the treatment of patients with oral and maxil⁃lofacial fractures.Methods:From September 2022 to September 2023,a total of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to Mengyin County People's Hospital of Linyi City were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with titanium mini-plate and the control group was fixed with stainless steel plate.The operation indexes,treatment effect and complications were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results:The operation time and maxillofacial function recovery time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The total incidence of complications in the ob⁃servation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The ap⁃plication of titanium mini-plate in the treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures has a significant effect,and can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the recovery of maxillofacial function.
