Analysis of Common Physical Complications in Patients with Severe Mental Disorders

目的:分析重性精神障碍躯体并发症发生情况。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的316例重性精神障碍患者作为研究对象。分析躯体并发症发生情况,分析不同年龄、病程患者躯体并发症发生情况。结果:316例重性精神障碍患者中219例患者出现躯体并发症,总发生率达69.30%,并发症以心血管系统疾病发生率最高。219例重性精神障碍患者中,以≥50岁并发症发生率较高。219例重性精神障碍患者并发症发生率以病程15~<20年最高,其次为≥20年。结论:重性精神障碍患者躯体并发症的发生率较高,临床应密切观察用药后是否存在影响并发症的情况,及时发现并发症并采取干预措施,控制病情发展。

Objective:To analyze the occurrence of physical complications of severe mental disorders.Methods:A total of 316 patients with severe mental disorders admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The occurrence of physical complications was analyzed.The occurrence of physical complications in patients with different ages and different course of disease were analyzed.Results:Among the 316 patients with severe mental disorders,219 patients had physical complications,and the total incidence was 69.30%.The incidence of cardiovascular system diseases was the highest.Among the 219 patients with severe mental disorders,the incidence of complications was the highest in those aging≥50 years.Among the 219 patients with severe mental disorders,the incidence of complications was the highest in those with a disease course of 15 to<20 years,followed by those with≥20 years.Conclusion:Patients with severe mental disorders have a higher incidence of physical complications.In clinical setting,it is necessary to closely observe the presence of complications after medication,timely detect complications and take interventional measures,and control the progression of the disease.
