强化营养护理联合多学科团队协作营养管理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析强化营养护理联合多学科团队协作营养管理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年6月无锡市人民医院收治的90例腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各45例。常规组实施强化营养护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施多学科团队协作营养管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、血清总铁结合力、上臂肌围高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理1、3个月后,两组营养不良炎症程度评分、蛋白质-能量营养不良发生率低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化营养护理联合多学科团队协作营养管理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者营养指标,减轻炎性反应,降低营养不良发生率。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of intensive nutrition nursing combined with multidisciplinary team cooperation nutrition management in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in Wuxi People's Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine group and study group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group received intensive nutrition nursing and the study group received multidisciplinary team cooperation nutrition management on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,serum albumin,hemoglobin,serum total iron binding capacity,arm muscle circumference and body mass index in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of nursing,the malnutrition inflammation score and protein-energy malnutrition incidence in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and these index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive nutritional nursing combined with multidisciplinary team cooperation nutrition management in peritoneal dialysis patients has a significant effect,and can improve the nutritional indexes,relieve inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of malnutrition.
