责任制整体护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术患者围术期护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Responsibility System Holistic Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopic Electroresection of Endometrial Polyps

目的:分析责任制整体护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月于石阡县妇幼保健院接受宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术的100例患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施责任制整体护理干预。比较两组康复指标、心理状态、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.646)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.031)。结论:责任制整体护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可促进康复进程,缓解患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of responsibility system holistic nursing in perioperative nursing of pa⁃tients undergoing hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent hystero⁃scopic electroresection of endometrial polyps in Shiqian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group by double-blind method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received responsibility sys⁃tem holistic nursing intervention.The rehabilitation indexes,psychological state,complications and nursing satisfaction were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results:The time of first exhaust,the time of first defecation and the time of ambulation in the ob⁃servation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi⁃cant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P=0.646).The total satisfaction with nursing in the ob⁃servation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.031).Conclusion:The application of responsibility system holistic nursing has a significant effect in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial pol⁃yps,and can promote the rehabilitation process,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
