Analysis on Application Effect of Risk Factor Targeted Care in Pediatric Care

目的:分析风险因素针对性护理在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6—12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院儿科收治的80例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施风险因素针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。观察组医疗纠纷、护理投诉发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组基础护理、专业技能、安全措施、服务态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组物理功能、情感功能、社交功能、角色功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险因素针对性护理在儿科护理中的应用效果显著,可降低不良事件、医疗纠纷、护理投诉发生率,提高家属护理满意度及患儿生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk factor targeted care in pediatric care.Methods:From June 2023 to December 2023,80 children admitted to Pediatrics Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care and the observation group implemented risk factor targeted care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The incidence of medical disputes and nursing complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,professional skills,safety measures and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,emotional function,social function and role function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk factor targeted care in pediatric care has a significant effect,and can reduce the incidence of adverse events,medical disputes and nursing complaints,and improve the satisfaction of family members and the quality of life of children.
