某医院门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力及影响因素分析

Analysis of Health Education Competence and Influencing Factors of Outpatient Nursing Staff in a Hospital

目的:探讨影响门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力的影响因素及干预对策。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月浙江省人民医院毕节医院在职门诊护理人员32名作为研究对象。采用健康教育胜任力自评量表评价研究对象健康教育胜任力,收集其一般资料,评估其自我效能感。统计门诊护理人员健康教育胜利力评分,分析门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力的影响因素。结果:32名门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力评分为(235.65±20.58)分。第一学历、工作年限、参加相关培训情况、职称、带教经历、自我效能是门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:该医院门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力仍有较大的提升空间,医院应针对其影响因素采取针对性应对措施,提高门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors for health education competence of outpatient nursing staff and the interventional measures.Methods:A total of 32 in-service outpatient nursing staff of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Health education competence of study subjects was evaluated with health education competency self-assessment scale.The general data were collected.Their self-efficacy sense was assessed.The scores of health education competence of outpatient nursing staff were counted.The influencing factors for health education competency of outpatient nursing staff were analyzed.Results:The scores of health education competency of 32 outpatient nursing staff were(235.65±20.58)points.First education,working years,whether they have participated in relevant training,professional title,presence of teaching experience,and self-efficacy were independent influencing factors for health education competency of outpatient nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are still great improvement opportunities for health education competency of outpatient nursing staff in this hospital.Hospital should take targeted countermeasures according to its influencing factors to improve the health education competency of outpatient nursing staff.
