益气温阳补肾汤对肾病综合征患者肾功能及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yiqi Wenyang Bushen Decoction on Renal Function and Immune Function in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的 探究益气温阳补肾汤在肾病综合征患者治疗中的应用价值。方法 方便选取于2022年6月—2024年1月将乐县总医院收治的98例肾病综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组采用槐杞黄颗粒,研究组结合益气温阳补肾汤。对比两组的临床疗效,肾功能、免疫功能水平及中医证候评分。结果 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血肌酐为(99.53±19.65)mmol/L,24 h尿蛋白为(0.64±0.38)g,尿素氮为(5.12±1.24)mmol/L,总蛋白为(58.39±4.25)g/L,血清白蛋白为(41.86±3.39)g/L,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.076、6.317、7.926、7.146、9.167,P均<0.05);治疗后,研究组免疫功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气温阳补肾汤能够改善肾病综合征患者肾功能与免疫功能,从而改善中医证候,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the application value of Yiqi Wenyang Bushen Decoction in the treatment of pa-tients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 98 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Jiangle Country General Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HuaiqiHuangKeLi,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Bushen decoction.The clinical efficacy,renal function,immune function level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine,24-hour urine pro-tein,blood urea nitrogen,total protein and serum albumin in the study group were(99.53±19.65)mmol/L,(0.64±0.38)g,(5.12±1.24)mmol/L,(58.39±4.25)g/L and(41.86±3.39)g/L,respectively,which were better than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.076,6.317,7.926,7.146,9.167,all P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi We-nyang Bushen decoction can improve renal function and immune function in patients with nephrotic syndrome,thereby improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and improving clinical efficacy.
