血液分析检验中血细胞形态学检查在发热患儿病因诊断中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Blood Cell Morphology Examination in Blood Analysis Test in Etiological Diagnosis of Fever Children

目的分析血液分析检验中血细胞形态学检查在发热患儿中的应用价值。方法单纯随机选取山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院于2022年9月—2023年9月收治的100例细菌性发热患儿设为观察组,选取100例同期健康体检儿童设为对照组,观察两组血细胞形态学检查结果,对比对不同发热程度患儿的血细胞形态学检查结果。结果观察组的红细胞压积为(41.37±4.56)%,平均红细胞体积为(8.22±0.78)fl,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度为(359.37±10.79)g/L,红细胞分布宽度标准差为(13.96±4.15)%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.746、5.523、12.613、5.140,P均<0.05)。超高热患儿的上述指标水平明显高于低热患儿、中度发热患儿、高热患儿,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在发热患儿病因诊断中血液分析形态学检查的应用价值较高,能够为临床诊断与治疗提供指导依据。

Objective To analyze the application value of blood cell morphology examination in blood analysis in fever children.Methods 100 children with bacterial fever admitted to Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from September 2022 to September 2023 were simple randomly selected as the observation group,and 100 children with healthy physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The results of blood cell morphology examination in the two groups were observed,and the results of blood cell morphology examination in children with different degrees of fever were compared.Results The hematocrit of the observation group was(41.37±4.56)%,the mean corpuscular volume was(8.22±0.78)fl,the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration was(359.37±10.79)g/L,and the red blood cell distribution width standard deviation was(13.96±4.15)%,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.746,5.523,12.613,5.140,all P<0.05).The levels of the above indexes in children with ultra-high fever were significantly higher than those in children with low fever,moderate fever and high fever,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of blood analysis morphology examination in the etiology diagnosis of fever children is high,which can provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
