前馈控制护理在雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Feedforward Control Nursing in Nebulized Inhalation Therapy for Pediatric Bronchopneumonia

目的探讨在雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎中实施前馈控制护理的干预效果。方法前瞻性随机选取2023年6—11月复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的80例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照不同护理干预方案分为对照组和研究组,各40例,对照组患儿接受常规护理,研究组患儿则联合开展前馈控制护理,对比两组患儿的依从性、舒适度以及家长满意度。结果研究组患儿总依从率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。研究组患儿舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎中实施前馈控制护理,可以提高患儿治疗依从性与舒适度,促进病情快速康复,提高家长满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control nursing in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children with atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from June to November 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention schemes,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing,while the children in the study group received feedforward control nursing.The compliance,comfort and parental satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The comfort degree of chilren in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of feedforward control nursing in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children can improve the treatment compliance and comfort,promote the rapid recovery of the disease and improve the satisfaction of parents.
