针对性护理在人工流产后接受放置宫内节育器患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Targeted Nursing in Patients Receiving Intrauterine Device Placement after Induced Abortion

目的探讨对人工流产后接受放置宫内节育器患者给予针对性护理的临床价值。方法本研究随机选取2020年1月—2023年8月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的100例生育期人工流产后接受放置宫内节育器患者为研究对象;依据投掷硬币法分为两组。参照组(n=50)采用常规基础护理干预;研究组(n=50)采用针对性护理干预。比较两组护理满意度评分、不良情绪评分以及生活质量评分。结果研究组护理满意度(98.00%)显著高于参照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.982,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者不良情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组不良情绪评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生育期人工流产患者在接受宫内节育器避孕期间,科学展开针对性护理干预,可改善患者不良情绪,并显著提升护理满意度,促进提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing intervention for patients who received intrauterine device placement after induced abortion.Methods 100 patients who received intrauterine device after induced abortion in Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects;they were divided into two groups according to coin tossing method.The reference group(n=50)was treated with routine basic nursing intervention;the study group(n=50)adopted targeted nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction scores,negative mood scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.982,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in adverse emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific targeted nursing intervention during intrauterine device can improve patients'negative emotions,significantly improve nursing satisfaction,and significantly improve patients'quality of life.
