快速康复外科理念下的护理干预在多发肋骨骨折患者围术期的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention under the Concept of Fasttrack Surgery in Perioperative Period of Patients with Multiple Rib Fractures

目的分析多发肋骨骨折患者围术期使用快速康复外科理念下的护理干预的效果。方法便利选取2021年2月—2024年2月庆阳市人民医院收治的86例多发肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(43例)和对照组(43例),对照组采用传统的围术期护理模式,研究组采用快速康复外科理念下的护理模式。比较两组的下床时间、生活质量、并发症和护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组下床时间短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.047,P<0.05)。结论多发肋骨骨折患者围术期使用快速康复外科理念下的护理模式,可以缩短下床时间,减少并发症的发生,进一步提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention under the concept of fast-track surgery in patients with multiple rib fractures during perioperative period.Methods A total of 86 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group adopted the traditional perioperative nursing mode,and the study group adopted the nursing mode under the concept of fast-track surgery.The time of getting out of bed,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the time of getting out of bed in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.047,P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative use of nursing mode under the concept of fast-track surgery in patients with multiple rib fractures can shorten the time of getting out of bed,reduce the occurrence of complications,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
