集束化护理联合康复训练在前庭性偏头痛患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Cluster Nursing Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Vestibular Migraine

目的分析集束化护理联合康复训练在前庭性偏头痛患者的应用效果。方法回顾性选取枣庄市峄城区人民医院内科于2021年2月—2023年2月收治的160例前庭性偏头痛患者的临床资料,根据护理方法分为对照组和干预组,每组80例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组予以集束化护理联合康复训练,比较两组护理后的症状改善效果、负性情绪和护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组患者头痛伴随症状、持续时间、严重程度、发作次数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前两组的焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)的分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,干预组SAS和SDS的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组的护理满意度为98.75%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.238,P<0.05)。结论集束化护理联合康复训练,可以改善患者症状和负面情绪,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training in patients with vestibular migraine.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with vestibular migraine admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into control group and intervention group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The symptom improvement effect,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of headache accompanying symptoms,duration,severity and attack frequency in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 98.75%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.238,P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing combined with rehabilitation training can improve patients'symptoms and negative emotions,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
