早期标准化护理干预对血透患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响分析

Effect of Early Standardized Nursing Intervention on Arteriovenous Fistula Complications in Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析早期标准化护理干预对血液透析(简称血透)患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响。方法方便选取2022年7月—2023年12月淮安市淮安医院收治的84例血透患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组为参照组(n=42)、研究组(n=42)。参照组开展常规护理干预,研究组开展早期标准化护理干预。比较两组患者的动静脉内瘘并发症发生率、健康信念、负性情绪、认知度、依从性、生活质量。结果研究组动静脉内瘘并发症总发生率为4.76%,低于参照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.086,P<0.05)。研究组的健康信念评分、负性情绪评分、生活质量评分、认知度、依从性均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论早期标准化护理干预用于血透患者,可降低动静脉内瘘并发症发生率,并改善患者情绪,提升患者的健康信念、认知度、依从性、生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of early standardized nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula complications in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 84 hemodialysis patients admitted to Huai'an Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group(n=42)and study group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The reference group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out early standardized nursing intervention.The incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula,health belief,negative emotion,cognition,compliance and quality of life were compared between patients in two groups.Results The total incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in the study group was 4.76%,which was lower than 19.05%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.086,P<0.05).The health belief score,negative emotion score,quality of life score,cognition and compliance of the study group were better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early standardized nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can reduce the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula,improve patients'mood,improve patients'health beliefs,awareness,compliance and quality of life,and the effect is remarkable.
