中医治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的研究进展

Research Progress in Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病属于慢性肝病,发病率较高,如果干预不及时,可进展至肝硬化、肝癌、肝功能衰竭。目前,中医在非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗中取得了良好的临床效果。该文总结了近年来中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关临床研究,从中医病因病机、中医药内服、中医外治等方面进行综述,以期为非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医临床治疗提供理论指导。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a kind of chronic liver disease,with a high incidence.Without timely intervention,the patients may progress to liver cirrhosis,liver cancer and liver failure.At present,Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical effect in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.This paper summarizes the relevant clinical studies on the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with Chinese medicine in recent years,and reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine,as well as Chinese medicine administration and external treatment,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with Chinese medicine.
