经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transurethral Plasma Resection of Prostate in Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:将2021年10月—2022年10月溧阳市中医医院收治的良性前列腺增生患者80例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,每组40例。研究组实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术,参照组实施经尿道前列腺电切术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中出血量少于参照组,术后冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、手术时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组单核细胞趋化蛋白-1、前列腺特异性抗原、血小板衍生生长因子BB水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组最大尿流率、初始尿液容积大于参照组,残余尿量、前列腺症状评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果良好,可减少术中出血量,缩短术后冲洗时间,改善患者症状与尿路功能,促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October 2021 and October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a reference group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group received transurethral plasma resection of the prostate,while the reference group received transurethral resection of the prostate.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the postoperative irrigation time,urinary catheter indwelling time,operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,prostate-specific antigen and platelet-derived growth factor BB in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate and initial urine volume in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of residual urine volume and prostate symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection of the prostate has a good clinical effect in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,and can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative irrigation time,improve patients'symptoms and urinary tract function,and promote patients'recovery.
