自拟熄风汤联合常规西药治疗儿童多动症的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Self-made Xifeng Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treating Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

目的:分析自拟熄风汤联合常规西药治疗儿童多动症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月日照市中心医院治疗的多动症患儿76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取自拟熄风汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率相比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前。两组品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动多动、焦虑、多动指数评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动多动、焦虑、多动指数评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.89%,对照组为13.16%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟熄风汤联合常规西药治疗儿童多动症的效果显著,能改善患儿行为症状,且安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Xifeng decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:A total of 76 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who were treated in Rizhao Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with self-made Xifeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of conduct problems,learning problems,mental disorders,impulsive hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of conduct problems,learning problems,mental disorders,impulsive hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index in two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.89%,while that in the control group was 13.16%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Xifeng decoction combined with conventional western medicine has significant effects in treating children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and can improve the behavioral symptoms of children,with a high safety.
