专业小组质控模式护理在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Based on Professional Group Quality Control Mode in Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:分析专业小组质控模式护理在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行血液透析的患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用专业小组质控模式护理。比较两组不良事件发生情况、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。观察组治疗总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。护理前,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质状况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质状况评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专业小组质控模式护理在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够预防不良事件的发生,改善患者治疗依从性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing based on professional group quality control mode in the nursing of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 76 patients who received hemodialysis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented nursing based on professional group quality control mode.The occurrence of adverse events,treatment compliance,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).The total treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and material status between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and material status in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing based on professional group quality control mode has a significant effect in the nursing of hemodialysis patients,which can prevent the occurrence of adverse events,improve patients'treatment compliance,and improve patients'quality of life.
