综合护理在小儿外周静脉留置针中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Peripheral Venous Indwelling Needle

目的:探讨综合护理在小儿外周静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年7月于江南大学附属儿童医院收治的行外周静脉留置针穿刺输液的150例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组Wong-Baker面部表情量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组穿刺总配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理在小儿外周静脉留置针中的应用效果显著,能够减轻小儿疼痛程度,提高其配合度,减少不良事件的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods:From August 2021 to July 2022,150 children who were admitted to the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Jiangnan University and underwent peripheral venous indignant needle puncture and infusion were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total cooperation degree with puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in children with peripheral intravenous indwelling needle has a significant effect,and can relieve the degree of pain,improve the degree of cooperation and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
