中医护理在脑梗死恢复期患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation of Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Convalescent Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨中医护理在脑梗死恢复期患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年3月—2022年3月凤冈县人民医院70例脑梗死恢复期患者作为观察对象,结合随机数字表法划分成对照组(实施常规护理)、观察组(实施中医护理)。比较两组神经功能缺损程度、中医证候积分、日常生活能力、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组受试者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分相近(P>0.05);护理后,两组受试者NIHSS评分均有所下降,是观察组下降幅度更显著(P<0.05)。护理前,两组中医证候积分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组中医证候积分降低,观察组下降幅度更显著(P<0.05)。护理前,两组受试者的日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分相近(P>0.05);护理后,两组受试者ADL评分均有所升高,观察组改善幅度更显著(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为97.14%,对照组护理总满意度为71.43%,观察组护理总满意度更高(P=0.003)。结论:中医护理在脑梗死恢复期患者护理中的临床效果较好,可改善患者神经功能、中医证候,提升患者日常生活能力,患者护理满意度高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing care of patients recovering from cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction recovery in Fenggang People's Hospital were selected as the observation subjects from March 2020 to March 2022,and were divided into the control group(implementing conventional nursing care)and the observation group(implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing care)by combining with the method of randomized numerical table.The two groups were compared in terms of the degree of neurological deficit,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,daily living ability,and nursing satisfaction.Results:Before the nursing care,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after the nursing care,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no difference between the two groups in terms of Chinese medical evidence points(P>0.05);after the nursing care,the Chinese medical evidence points of the two groups decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Before the nursing care,the ADL scores of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after the nursing care,the ADL scores of the two groups increased,and the improvement was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was 97.14%,while that of the control group was 71.43%,and the total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher(P=0.003).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing in the care of patients recovering from cerebral infarction is good,which can improve the patients'neurological function and Chinese medicine symptoms,enhance the patients'ability of daily life,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing care is high.
