体检者甲状腺结节检出情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of Thyroid Nodule Detection and Influencing Factors in Physical Examination Subjects Tang Chao

目的:统计体检者甲状腺结节检出情况,分析其影响因素。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年1月贵州航天医院400名体检者作为研究对象,收集其临床资料,统计不同年龄段、性别体检者甲状腺结节患病率,分析体检者甲状腺结节患病的影响因素。结果:400名体检者中,198名患有甲状腺结节,患病率为49.5%(198/400);其中男性患病率43.9%(87/198),女性患病率56.1%(111/198),男性体检者患病率低于女性;男性甲状腺结节患者50~59岁发病率较高,女性甲状腺结节患者40~49岁发病率较高。性别、年龄、饮酒情况、高血压患病情况、糖尿病患病情况、促甲状腺激素水平是甲状腺结节患病的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节的发生和饮酒、高血压、糖尿病、促甲状腺激素水平有关,临床应对高危人群做好日常健康指导工作,预防甲状腺结节的发生。

Objective:The detection of thyroid nodules in physical examination subjects was analyzed,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Methods:A total of four hundred physical examination subjects from January 2022 to January 2023 in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were selected as the study objects,and their clinical data were collected.The prevalence rate of thyroid nodules in different age groups and genders was analyzed,and the influencing factors of thyroid nodules were analyzed.Results:Of the 400 subjects examined,198 had thyroid nodules,with a prevalence of 49.5%(198/400);among them,the prevalence rate of male was 43.9%(87/198)and that of female was 56.1%(111/198),the prevalence of male physical examination was lower than that of female;the incidence of male thyroid nodule patients aged 50 to 59 years was higher,and the incidence of female thyroid nodule patients aged 40 to 49 years was higher;gender,age,alcohol consumption,hypertension,diabetes and thyrotropin level were the independent influencing factors for thyroid nodule disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of thyroid nodules is related to alcohol consumption,hypertension,diabetes,and thyroid stimulating hormone levels.It is necessary to provide daily health guidance for high-risk groups to prevent the occurrence of thyroid nodules.
