摘要
齐鲁黄河大桥为下承式网状系杆拱桥,钢箱梁宽60.7 m,钢箱梁距地面最高距离为27.8 m。针对齐鲁黄河大桥的超高空钢箱梁的排水管道安装问题,研究出一种超高空钢箱梁排水管道悬挂安装技术,高效地解决了超高钢箱梁排水管道安装问题。此项技术具有快速方便、结构简单、费用较低等特点,为今后高空排水管道安装提供了参考。
Qilu Yellow River Bridge is a through type reticulated tied-arch bridge.The steel box girder is 60.7 m wide and the maximum distance from the steel box girder to the ground is 27.8 m.Aiming at the problem of drainage pipe installation of ultra-high steel box girder of the Bridge,a hanging installation technology of ultra-high steel box girder drainage pipe is developed to effectively solve the problem of installing steel box girder drainage pipe on heights.This technology is fast,convenient,simple in structure and low in cost,and provides a reference for the future installation of drainage pipes in upper air.
