基于电涡流阻尼器的拉索减振研究

摘要 在端部安装机械阻尼器是斜拉桥拉索减振的主要方法之一。但传统的机械阻尼器依赖液体介质,长时间服役后容易发生泄漏等病害,影响所能实现的减振效果。电涡流阻尼器依靠电磁作用产生阻尼力而不依赖液体介质,在机理上避免了泄漏等问题,为抑制拉索振动提供了可靠的实现方法。首先分析新型电涡流阻尼器的基本构造与力学模型,然后考虑多模态振动建立电涡流阻尼器的优化设计方法,最后结合某实际工程进行电涡流阻尼器拉索减振的现场验证,分析其控制效果。研究结果表明,电涡流阻尼器适应拉索减振需求,所提出的设计方法显著提高了多个模态的阻尼水平。 Installing mechanical dampers at the ends is one of the main methods for cable vibration reduction for cable-stayed bridges.However,traditional mechanical dampers rely on liquid media.Leakage and other diseases are prone to occur after long-term service,which will affect mitigation effect that can be achieved.Eddy current dampers rely on electromagnetic effects to generate damping force without relying on liquid media,thereby avoiding leakage and other issues in mechanism.Thus,it is a reliable implementation method for suppressing cable vibration.Firstly,basic structure and mechanical model of the new eddy current damper is explored.Then,an optimization design method is established with multimodal vibration being taken into consideration.Finally,on-site verification of the eddy current damper cable is carried out relying on a project practice,and the control effect is analyzed.The research results indicate that eddy current dampers are suitable for cable vibration reduction requirements,and the proposed design method is able to improve damping levels of multiple modes significantly.
