提升制造业企业全要素生产率的组态路径分析——基于模糊集定性比较分析法

Configuration Path to Improving the Total Factor Productivity of Manufacturing Enterprises:Based on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis

摘要 鉴于影响企业全要素生产率的各因素之间可能存在着相互依赖、相互制约的复杂因果关系,本文采用基于溯因逻辑的定性比较分析法从组态视角探究提升企业全要素生产率的组态路径,对制造业企业高质量增长具有重要意义。通过搜集我国1 070家制造业A股上市公司2013-2019年的经营数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析法,从企业内部资源配置与区域营商环境两方面选取7个前因变量,得到提升其全要素生产率的三类组态路径:金融环境助力下人力资本驱动型、营商环境推动下研发创新驱动型和金融环境助力下内部资源驱动型。对比高与非高全要素生产率的组态路径,得出资本要素是中国制造业企业提升全要素生产率的重要驱动因素,区域营商环境改善对提高企业全要素生产率具有重要意义。 There may be complex causal relationships among the factors that affect total factor productivity.From a perspective of configuration,this paper adopts the qualitative comparative analysis method based on abductive logic to explore the configuration path to improving enterprise total factor productivity,which is of great significance for manufacturing enterprises to achieve high quality growth.By collecting the operating data of 1070 manufacturing A-share listed companies in China from 2013 to 2019,this paper uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to find the complex impact of seven antecedent variables on total factor productivity from two aspects of internal resource allocation and regional business environment.Results show that there are three recipes for improving the total factor productivity of enterprises,namely,the human capital-driven path under financial environment-dominant logic,R&Ddriven path by external market environment-dominant logic and internal resource-driven path by financial environmentdominant logic.Comparing the configuration path to high and non-high total factor productivity,it is concluded that capital factor is still an important driving factor for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to improve total factor productivity.The regional business environment is of great significance to improve the total factor productivity of enterprises.
