摘要
重载货车依据TG/CL 225《铁路货车制动装置检修规则》,在制动管压力500 kPa条件下进行单车试验,与重载列车制动管压力600 kPa的运用工况不一致;列车制动机试验依据TG/CL 113《铁路货车运用维修规程》,编组60辆及以上时感度保压试验的减压量为70 kPa,与机车初制动的减压量为50 kPa,以及大秦线等重载列车以减压量50 kPa为主的操纵策略不一致,存在安全风险。针对以上问题,开展了制动管压力600 kPa单车及列车制动机感度试验研究,提出了相关试验方法和技术要求,以实现制动控制阀试验台试验、制动机单车和列车试验标准与列车运用工况的一致性。
Heavy-duty freight cars are singly tested under the condition of 500 kPa brake pipe pressure in accordance with TG/CL 225 The Maintenance Rule of Railway Freight Car Brakes,which is inconsistent with the operating conditions of 600 kPa brake pipe pressure of heavy-duty trains.And for a train brake test with the composition up to 70 or above in accordance with TG/CL 113 The Operation and Maintenance Code of Railway Freight Cars,the brake pipe pressure reduction is 70 kPa in the test of sensitivity and pressure keeping,which is inconsistent with the 50 kPa of initial pressure reduction of locomotives braking,and with the operation strategy of Heavy haul trains such as Daqin line where the pressure reduction is mainly 50 kPa,there exists safety risk.Pointing at problems above,experimental investigations on the sensitivity tests of brake for single car and train were performed under the condition of 600 kPa brake pipe pressure,the regarding test methods and technical requirements were put forward for the purpose of the correspondence of test standards between the bench test on brake control valves,brake test on a single car and a train with the actual train operation.
