混合废气净化除臭系统的研制

摘要 为了以“非点燃”的方式高效处理油气井井下作业过程中产生的混合废气,基于模块化、自动化、集成化的设计思路,有机结合气液分离和废气处理两个流程,采用吸收法和吸附法联合处理工艺,研制了混合废气净化除臭系统。采用试验测试和数值模拟计算相结合的方法,对多级循环脱气技术、动态喷淋净化技术、活性炭物理吸附技术和自动监控系统等关键技术进行了研究,实现了高效的气液分离和废气处理。综合测试表明,改进的流体脱气器的最大脱气效率为84.54%,经设计的多级、多次的循环脱气流程后,脱气效率提高至95.47%;优化了叶轮和雾化喷嘴的结构参数,叶轮的叶片数为6个、倾斜角为40°、直径40 mm,雾化喷嘴的出口盲端深度8 mm、V型切槽半角20°、出口直径3.2 mm,动态喷淋的净化效率是静态喷淋的1.95倍;8%KOH溶液碱改性活性炭对甲烷的吸附效率提高至95.69%。现场应用表明,该系统实现了全集成自动化作业,移运性强、井场布置灵活、使用方便,处理后的气体达到了排放标准,兼顾安全生产和环境保护,具有广阔的应用前景。 To efficiently treat the mixed exhaust gases produced during subsurface operations in oil and gas wells using a“non-ignition”approach,a mixed exhaust gas purification and deodorization system was developed.Based on the modular,automated,and integrated design principles,this system combines gas-liquid separation process with exhaust gas treatment process,which employs a combined treatment method of absorption and adsorption.By combining experimental testing and numerical simulation,the key technologies,such as multi-stage cyclic degassing,dynamic spray purification,activated carbon physical adsorption,and automatic monitoring system,were studied,achieving efficient gas-liquid separation and exhaust gas treatment.Comprehensive tests indicate that the maximum degassing efficiency of the improved fluid degasser is 84.54%,which increases to 95.47%after implementing a designed multi-stage cyclic degassing process.The structural parameters of the impeller and atomizing nozzle were optimized.There are six blades of the impeller,with an inclination angle of 40°and a diameter of 40 mm.The atomizing nozzle having an outlet blind depth of 8 mm,a V-groove half-angle of 20°,and an outlet diameter of 3.2 mm.The dynamic spray purification efficiency is 1.95 times that of static spraying.The adsorption efficiency of 8%KOH alkali solution modified activated carbon for methane increased to 95.69%.Field applications demonstrate that the system achieves fully integrated automated operations,offering high mobility,flexible deployment in well site,and ease of use.The treated gases meet emission standards,ensuring both safe production and environmental protection,and showing promising application prospects.
