长庆油田精细分层注水及配套测试技术新进展

摘要 长庆油田是典型的低渗、低压、低丰度的“三低”油田,采用丛式井组开发模式,对精细分层注水工艺提出了更高的要求。桥式同心分层注水技术结合机电一体化和电缆传感接收技术,利用封隔器和桥式同心配水器实现精细分层注水,在注水过程中,实时监测流量、温度、压力等参数,并通过连接电缆将参数传送至地面,实时对注水流量进行测试与调配,确保注水作业的准确性和高效性。该技术提高了调配测试的成功率,提升了调配测试精度和分注合格率。累计推广应用1850井次,均取得显著进展,并实现了分层注水工艺技术的升级换代,为油气勘探行业在精细化挖潜方面带来有效而可靠的技术方案。 Changqing oilfield,characterized by low permeability,low pressure,and low abundance,employs a development model with cluster well groups,necessitating higher precision in fine layered water injection techniques.The bridge-type concentric layered water injection technology,integrating with electromechanical systems and cable sensor reception technology,achieves fine layered water injection by utilizing packers and bridge-type concentric water distributors.During the water injection process,parameters such as flow rate,temperature,and pressure are monitored in real-time and transmitted to the surface via connected cables,allowing for real-time testing and adjustment of water injection flow rates.This ensures the accuracy and efficiency in water injection operations.This technology increased the success rate of adjustment tests,improved test accuracy,and enhanced the qualification rate of layered water injection.With 1,850 well applications,it demonstrated significant progress and facilitated the upgrade of layered water injection processes,providing an effective and reliable technical solution for the oil and gas exploration industry in fine potential tapping.
