新时代“大先生”精神引领师德师风建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teacher Ethics and Style Guided by the Spirit of“Great Teachers”in the New Era

新时代“大先生”是教师群体中的佼佼者,是“经师”和“人师”的统一体,是引领师德师风建设的榜样。当前在教师队伍中还存在一些师德师风问题,部分教师重科研轻教学、思想意识觉悟不高、缺乏团队精神、集体观念淡薄,甚至还有个别教师存在品德有污、行为失范等问题,因此加强师德师风建设至关重要。实施策略是弘扬“大先生”精神,发挥榜样的力量;培养德才兼备、善教乐教的新时代“大先生”;完善教师管理制度,设立奖惩机制;发挥政府职能,优化“大先生”培养路径。

In the new era,“great teachers”are outstanding in the teacher community,a unity of the teacher of knowledge and the teacher of morality,and an example of leading the construction of teacher ethics and style.Currently,there are still some problems in the teachers'ethics and style.Some teachers focus on scientific research over teaching,have low ideological awareness,are lack of team spirit,and have weak collective consciousness,and there are even some individual teachers having morality,behavior and other problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style,and the implementation strategy includes:promote the spirit of“great teachers”and give full play to the power of role models;cultivate a new era of“great teacher”who possess both moral integrity and talent,are good and willing at teaching and education;improve the teacher management system and establish a reward and punishment mechanism;give full play to government functions and optimize the training path for“great teachers”.
