国际比较视角下乡村振兴的职业教育研究——以嘉兴农村职业教育为例

摘要 随着全球化进程的加快,乡村振兴战略成为各国共同追求的目标。在这一过程中,职业教育作为培养新型农民、推动农村产业升级和乡村振兴的关键力量,日益受到重视。嘉兴作为中国的经济强市,其农村职业教育发展尤为引人注目。本文通过国际比较的视角,深入研究嘉兴农村职业教育在乡村振兴中的重要作用。文章将首先全面分析嘉兴农村职业教育的现状,包括教育资源配置、课程设置、师资力量等方面的情况。随后,将对比国际上先进的乡村职业教育经验,以寻求可借鉴的成功模式。最终,本文旨在提出促进嘉兴农村职业教育发展的策略建议,为乡村振兴战略的深入实施提供有益参考。 With the acceleration of the process of globalization,the rural revitalization strategy has become the common goal pursued by all countries.In this process,vocational education,as a key force to cultivate new farmers and promote rural industrial upgrading and rural revitalization,has received increasing attention.As an economically strong city in China,the development of rural vocational education in Jiaxing is particularly remarkable.From the perspective of international comparison,this paper deeply studies the important role of rural vocational education in Jiaxing in rural revitalization.The article will first comprehensively analyze the current situation of rural vocational education in Jiaxing,including the allocation of educational resources,curriculum setting,teachers and other aspects.Subsequently,the international advanced rural vocational education experience will be compared to seek a successful model.Finally,this paper aims to put forward strategic suggestions to promote the development of rural vocational education in Jiaxing,and provide useful reference for the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
