基于反激变换器的电池充电系统设计

摘要 以具有结构简单、电气隔离等优点的反激变换器为电池充电电源,分析反激变换器电路的连续和断续模式工作原理,通过设计电压电流双闭环控制方法,实现电池的恒流充电模式和恒电压充电模式,也可实现两种充电模式的切换。实验结果证明了反激变换器的连续工作模式和断续工作模式的正确性,验证了应用于电池充电电源的可行性和有效性,切换时间小于1 ms,电压波动小于1 V。 The flyback converter,which has the advantages of simple structure and electrical isolation,is used as the battery charging power supply.The working principles of the continuous and intermittent mode of flyback converter circuits are analyzed.The constant current charging mode and constant voltage charging mode of batteries can be realized by designing the voltage and current double closed-loop control method,and the switching between constant current charging mode and constant voltage charging mode can also be realized.The experimental results prove that the correctness of the continuous operation mode and intermittent operation mode of the flyback converter(FC),verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the application in the battery charging power supply.The switching time is less than 1 ms,the voltage fluctuation is less than 1 V.
