涡流控尘系统径轴向流场分布规律研究

摘要 为掌握涡流控尘装置的流场特性,采用数值模拟方法,分别在Standard、RNG、Realizable三种模型下对涡流控尘系统内部流场进行模拟,并建立实验系统,测试径轴向出口的风速分布进行验证。研究结果表明,径向出口上,始端0.2 m范围形成了负压区,0.2~2.0 m风速最大,最大风速达20 m/s,此后风速随距离的增加而均匀减小。轴向方向上,从涡流风机处开始,管道截面风速呈圆环状分布,表现出中心风速小、周围风速大、壁面风速小的轴对称M形分布特点;截面风速沿程减小,从涡流风筒出口后,截面风速趋于稳定,到管道出口处,截面最大风速不超过1.8 m/s。数值模拟与实验结果基本一致,尤其是轴向风速分布规律完全吻合,以Standard模型最为准确。 To master the flow field characteristics of the vortex dust control device,numerical simulation methods were used to simulate the internal flow field of the vortex dust control system under three models:Standard,RNG,and Realizable.An experimental system was established to test the wind velocity distribution at the radial and axial outlets for verification.The research results show that on the radial outlet,a negative pressure zone is formed within the range of 0.2 m at the beginning,with the maximum air velocity reaching 20 m/s within the range of 0.2-2.0 m.Afterwards,the wind velocity decreases uniformly with increasing distance.In the axial direction,starting from the vortex fan,the cross-sectional wind velocity of the pipeline is distributed in a circular shape,exhibiting an axisymmetric M-shaped distribution of low central wind velocity,high surrounding wind velocity,and low wall wind velocity.The cross-sectional wind velocity decreases along the way,and after the vortex duct outlet,the cross-sectional wind velocity tends to stabilize.At the pipeline outlet,the maximum wind velocity of the cross-section does not exceed 1.8 m/s.The numerical simulation and experimental results were basically consistent,especially the axial wind velocity distribution law was completely consistent,with the Standard model being the most accurate.
