摘要
榆神矿区所辖煤矿井下巷道支护参数的优化,一定程度上可以提高工作面端头割煤速度、改善回采两巷围岩应力状态、降低支护成本并且提高掘进时效,为煤炭资源的绿色、安全和高效回采提供保障。针对榆神矿区陕北侏罗纪煤田较有普适性的地质条件和开采技术参数,采用复变函数理论对矩形中等断面巷道围岩应力—应变场分布情况进行求解,选择FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件进行拟合,根据解析结果在原有支护参数的基础上提出优化,认为增加0.2 m顶板锚杆间距、减少锚杆数量,并将顶板锚索由6.5 m延长至7.0 m的巷道支护方案,可在不影响巷道围岩稳定性的同时提高掘进进尺,并为智能快掘4.0装备设计打下理论基础。
The optimization of supporting parameters for underground roadways in the coal mines under the jurisdiction of Yushen mining area can to some extent improve the coal cutting speed at the end of the working face,improve the stress state of the surrounding rock of the two mining roadways,reduce supporting costs,and improve excavation efficiency,providing a guarantee for the green,safe,and efficient recovery of coal resources.In response to the universal geological conditions and mining technology parameters of the Jurassic Coalfield in northern Shaanxi,Yushen mining area,the complex variable function theory was used to solve the stress-strain field distribution of the surrounding rock of rectangular medium section roadways.FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation software was selected for fitting.Based on the analysis results,optimization was proposed on the basis of the original supporting parameters.It is believed that increasing the spacing between roof anchor rods by 0.2 m,reducing the number of anchor rods,and extending the roof anchor cables from 6.5 m to 7.0 m can improve the excavation depth without affecting the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design of intelligent fast excavation 4.0 equipment.
