摘要
海洋调查实习是海洋科学人才培养的重要环节,其实验教学质量直接影响学生实验实践与科研创新能力培养。在“双一流”建设推动下,中国海洋大学致力于培养具有优良实践技能和卓越创新能力的海洋科学一流人才,开展“学生为主导”的海洋调查实习教学改革,令教学模式由学生被动参与、机械学习,转变为主动参与、自主学习。改革内容包括实施“学生首席负责制”等新实验教学方法,完善实习考核机制等。结果表明,教学模式改革有效提高了学生的学习积极性,提升了实践教学水平,达到了培养高素质海洋人才的教学目的。
Oceanographic survey is an important link in the talent cultivation of marine science.The quality of experimental teaching directly affects the cultivation of students'experimental practice and scientific research innovation capacity.Under the background of“double first-class”,Ocean University of China promotes the cultivation of first-class talents in marine science with excellent practical skills and innovative ability.The“student-centered”teaching reform of oceanographic survey has also begun,which has changed the teaching mode from students'passive participation and rote learning to students'active participation and independent study.New experimental teaching methods,including the“Top-student-charged system”,have been implemented,along with improvements to the assessment mechanism.The results show that student-led teaching mode effectively improves students’learning enthusiasm and the practice teaching level,achieves the aim of cultivating high-quality marine talents with comprehensive ability.
