摘要
高电压实验室区别于其他类型实验室,有其特殊的危险性。为提高其安全性,在分析高电压实验特点的基础上,从实验室建设的角度提出实验室的结构、布局、材料和建设等注意事项;从实验室使用运行的角度提出安全管理措施包括接地、防触电、防火、安全培训以及其他措施;从实验室制度建设的角度提出操作规程、应急预案等相关安全管理制度。全方位保证高电压实验室的安全,为同类型实验室的安全管理提供有益的参考。
High-voltage laboratories are different from other laboratories and have special risks.In order to improve its safety,based on the analysis of the characteristics of high voltage experiment,the structure,layout,materials and construction considerations are proposed from the perspective of laboratory construction;safety management measures including grounding,electric shock prevention,fire prevention,safety training and other measures are proposed from the perspective of laboratory operation;safety rules and regulations such as operating procedures and emergency plans are proposed from the perspective of laboratory system construction.It ensures the safety of high-voltage laboratories in an all-round way,and provides a useful reference for the safety management of similar laboratories in other universities.
