有组织科研视阈下地方高校实验室文化建设研究

摘要 新的时代背景下,地方高校正加快实施“有组织科研”,以服务国家高水平科技自立自强和区域经济社会高质量发展。实施“有组织科研”,深刻影响实验室的组织结构、育人目标、创新重心、创新方式等,对实验室文化认同形成多维度挑战。基于组织文化理论,明确实验室文化建设的主要内容,分析当前地方高校实验室文化建设与“有组织科研”之间存在的不相协调、不相适应问题,探讨“有组织科研”背景下重构文化认同、推进地方高校实验室文化建设的实践路径,以期促进“有组织科研”更高质量的实施,助力实现高水平科技自立自强和区域经济社会高质量发展。 In the new era,local colleges and universities are speeding up the implementation of“organized scientific research”to serve the national high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and high-quality development of regional economy and society.The implementation of“organized scientific research”in local colleges and universities has a profound impact on the organizational structure,education objectives,innovation focus,innovation methods,etc.,and forms a multi-dimensional challenge to the laboratory cultural identity.Based on the theory of organizational culture,this paper defines the main content of laboratory culture construction,analyzes the incompatibility and incompatibility between the current laboratory culture construction in local universities and“organized scientific research”,and discusses the practical path to reconstruct cultural identity and promote the laboratory culture construction in normal universities under the background of“organized scientific research”,so as to promote the implementation of“organized scientific research”with higher quality.To help achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and high-quality regional economic and social development.
