摘要
为研究基础日粮中添加青贮饲料油菜对种公牛精子质量的影响,选择体重(897.45±25.45)kg、年龄相近的15头西门塔尔和夏洛来种公牛,随机分为对照组、NT1组和NT2组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,NT1组和NT2组分别以20%和30%青贮饲料油菜等量替代基础日粮中的羊草。试验预试期15d,正试期60d,于2023年4—7月进行试验。结果表明,用20%青贮饲料油菜替代基础日粮中的羊草制成的配合饲料饲喂种公牛可以显著提高冻精活力和前进运动精子数(P<0.05),但在畸形率和细菌数的控制上不如饲喂基础日粮的种公牛。
In order to study the effect of adding silage rape to the basal diet on the sperm quality of breeding bulls,15 Simmental and Charolais breeding bulls with similar body weight(897.45±25.45)kg and age were selected and randomLy divided into the control,NT1 and NT2 groups,with five replicates in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the NT1 and NT2 groups were fed 20%and 30%silage oilseed rape in equal parts to replace the lamb grass in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment was conducted from April to July 2023 with a pre-test period of 15 d and a main test period of 60 d.The results of the experiment were summarized as follows.The results showed that feeding breeder bulls with a compound feed made from 20%silage rape replacing fescue in the basal diet significantly increased frozen sperm viability and forward motile sperm counts(P<0.05),but was inferior to breeder bulls fed the basal diet in controlling deformity rate and bacterial counts.
