互联网+时代下社会工作介入老年群体数字鸿沟弥合困境研究——以湖北省W市H区“康乐养老”项目为例

Dilemma of Bridging the Digital Divide Among the Elderly Group by Social Work in the Internet+Era--Taking the"Recreation and Elderly Care"Project in H District,W City,Hubei Province as an Example

互联网+时代的来临,给社会带来许多便利的同时,也给一部分老年群体的生活方式提出了新的挑战。通过实地调研和访谈发现老年群体在数字鸿沟方面存在“接入沟”“使用沟”和“权力沟”等层面的问题。在影响老年群体数字鸿沟形成的诸多因素中,资源与禀赋差异是客观因素,排斥与依赖并存是心理因素,供给与需求失衡是市场因素。基于高度契合的助人理念、专业化助人方法以及多样化的功能机制,社会工作在参与弥合老年群体数字鸿沟方面具有独到的优势。采用个案和小组工作方法促进老年群体实现“文化反哺”与“朋辈互助”,帮助老年群体更好的融入数字生活,是弥合老年群体数字鸿沟的有效实务路径。

The advent of the Internet+era has brought a lot of convenience to the society,while it has also made new challenges to the lifestyle of some elderly groups.Through field surveys and interviews,it is found that the elderly groups have problems such as"access divide","usage divide"and"power divide"in digital gaps.Among the many factors that affect the formation of digital divides in the elderly group,the differences between resources and endowment are objective factors.The coexistence of rejection and dependence are psychological factors,and the imbalances of supply and demand are market factors.Based on a highly compatible concept and specialized method of helping people,as well as diversified functional mechanisms,social work has a unique advantage in participating in bridging the digital divide in the elderly group.Adopting case studies and group work methods to promote"cultural feedback"and"peer assistance"among the elderly,helping them better integrate into digital life,is a practical path to bridge the digital gap among the elderly group.
