In today's society,the mental health problems of college students are becoming increasingly prominent,and psychological crisis events occur from time to time,which not only seriously affects students'study,life and physical and mental health,but also poses a potential threat to the normal teaching order and campus safety of colleges and universities.Therefore,the prevention and intervention of psychological crises in colleges and universities is particularly important.It is necessary to explore the development and risk avoidance of psychological crisis prevention and intervention in colleges and universities from a legal perspective.Specifically,a series of preventive measures such as the establishment of a mental health education and publicity mechanism,the establishment of a mental health management system,and an emergency plan and crisis handling mechanism can be established.Through the organic combination of law and ideological and political education,a more complete mental health work system for colleges and universities can be constructed.
