人工智能技术创新发展具有极强的爆发力,它的“智能”属性必然对人类社会尤其是人的主体性造成剧烈的冲击。思政课是一门与社会价值观、思想动态密切相关的学科,思政课教师主体性发挥的样态和程度决定着思政课教学的实际形态和效果。人工智能信息传播的丰富性和个性化对思政课教师的主导作用、价值引导功能会产生一定的冲击,如果在教学中过度依赖智能技术会影响思政课教师的能动性和创造性的发挥,造成其主体性消解。面对人工智能时代思政课教师的主体性危机,思政课教学要立足立德树人的价值立场,彰显思政课教师的主体性,强化教育权威,确保思政课教师在教学中的主导作用,摆脱人工智能技术工具的束缚,在成就自我的同时,传导主流意识形态,为学生拨清迷雾;要制定相应政策,规范思政课教学人工智能技术的使用,确保意识形态的主战场不能被智能技术所左右;建立常态化培训制度,注重对思政课教师人工智能技术相关数字化能力、专业素养、教学能力的培训和提升,以保证其跟上时代和技术发展的步伐,助力其持续学习成长,不断提升其主体能力。
