人工智能时代高校思政课教师主体性危机与应对策略

摘要 人工智能技术创新发展具有极强的爆发力,它的“智能”属性必然对人类社会尤其是人的主体性造成剧烈的冲击。思政课是一门与社会价值观、思想动态密切相关的学科,思政课教师主体性发挥的样态和程度决定着思政课教学的实际形态和效果。人工智能信息传播的丰富性和个性化对思政课教师的主导作用、价值引导功能会产生一定的冲击,如果在教学中过度依赖智能技术会影响思政课教师的能动性和创造性的发挥,造成其主体性消解。面对人工智能时代思政课教师的主体性危机,思政课教学要立足立德树人的价值立场,彰显思政课教师的主体性,强化教育权威,确保思政课教师在教学中的主导作用,摆脱人工智能技术工具的束缚,在成就自我的同时,传导主流意识形态,为学生拨清迷雾;要制定相应政策,规范思政课教学人工智能技术的使用,确保意识形态的主战场不能被智能技术所左右;建立常态化培训制度,注重对思政课教师人工智能技术相关数字化能力、专业素养、教学能力的培训和提升,以保证其跟上时代和技术发展的步伐,助力其持续学习成长,不断提升其主体能力。 The innovative development of artificial intelligence technology features strong explosive power,and its“intelligence”attribute will inevitably have a severe impact on human society,especially human subjectivity.Ideological and political education is a subject closely related to social values and ideological dynamics.The form and degree where ideological and political education teachers exert their subjectivity determine the actual form and effectiveness of ideological and political education teaching.The abundance and personalization of artificial intelligence information dissemination will have a certain impact on the leading role and value guidance function of ideological and political education teachers.If they overly rely on intelligent technology in teaching,their initiative and creativity will also be affected,leading to the dissolution of their subjectivity.In the face of the crisis of subjectivity of ideological and political education teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,ideological and political education teaching should be based on the value standpoint of cultivating morality and talents,highlighting the subjectivity of ideological and political education teachers,strengthening educational authority,ensuring the leading role of ideological and political education teachers in teaching,breaking free from the constraints of artificial intelligence technology tools,while achieving self-realization,transmitting mainstream ideology,and clearing away the dense fog for students.And corresponding policies should be formulated to standardize the use of artificial intelligence technology in ideological and political education,ensuring that the main battlefield of ideology cannot be manipulated by intelligent technology;a normalized training system should be established,focusing on training and improving the digital skills,professional qualities,and teaching abilities related to artificial intelligence technology for ideological and political education teachers,to ensure that they keep up with the development of the times and technology,help them continue to learn and grow,and continuously enhance their subjective capacities.
