贵州省不同品种乌骨鸡各部位肤色对比分析

Comparative analysis of skin color of different breeds of black-bone chickens in Guizhou province

旨在探讨贵州省4个地方乌骨鸡品种的肤色差异及其原因。选择普安乌金鸡、乌蒙乌骨鸡、赤水乌骨鸡和黔画乌鸡各60只(公母各半),使用3nh色差仪测量背部肤色、翅下肤色、胫色和鸡冠色,记录色差仪中亮度(L^(*))值、红度(a^(*))值、黄度(b^(*))值并进行统计分析。结果:各部位的L^(*)值显著相关(P<0.05),鸡冠的L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值与几个部位的肤色具有显著差异(P<0.05),普安乌金鸡背部和翅下的L^(*)值显著低于其他3个品种(P<0.05),乌蒙乌骨鸡鸡冠的a^(*)值最高(P<0.05),黔画乌鸡4个部位的b^(*)值均较大。综上,鸡冠色与其他3个部位肤色差异较大,在贵州地方乌骨鸡品种中普安乌鸡肤色背部和翅下肤色最乌,乌蒙乌骨鸡鸡冠色偏红,黔画乌鸡肤色偏黄。

This experiment was to analyze the skin colors of black-bone chicken breeds in 4 places in Guizhou Province,and to explore the differences of skin color among the 4 breeds and their causes.Sixty Puan Wujin chickens,Wumeng Wujin chickens,Chishui Wujin chickens and Qianhua Wujin chickens(half males and half females)were selected,and the back skin color,underwing skin color,shin color and comb color of the chickens were measured by 3nh colorimeter.The brightness(L^(∗)),redness(a^(∗))and yellowness(b^(∗))in the colorimeter were recorded and analyzed.The results were as follows:The L^(∗)values of all the parts of the chicken body were significantly correlated(P<0.05),and the L^(∗),a^(∗)and b^(∗)values of their comb color were significantly different from those of the skin color of several other parts of the body(P<0.05).The L^(∗)values of the back and underwing skin colors of Puan Wujin chickens were significantly lower than those of the other three breeds(P<0.05),and the a^(∗)value of the comb color of Wumeng Wujin chickens was significantly higher(P<0.05).The b^(∗)values of the four body parts of Qianpainted black chickens were all high.To sum up,there was a big difference between the color of the comb and the other three body parts of the chickens.Among the local black bone chickens in Guizhou,the colors of the back and under the wings of the Puan black bone chickens were the blackest,the color of the comb of the Wumeng black bone chickens was red,and the color of Qianhua black bone chickens was yellow.
