生猪产业低碳发展的研究进展与展望

Progress in research on and prospect of low carbon development in the pig industry

为探究生猪产业低碳发展研究动态和发展趋势,本文基于web of science(WOS)核心数据库,运用CiteSpace文献计量软件对该研究领域进行了全面的梳理,从多个角度分析生猪产业低碳发展现状,并揭示该领域研究热点的演变以及未来发展趋势。结果:低碳养猪研究的发展依次经历了3个时期和4个产业发展阶段,其中气体控制与资源高效利用两个主题在研究的各时期均表现出较高热度;核心作者和机构合作网络已初步形成,李荣华、Awasthi、Lehmann、Sommer等是该领域研究较有影响力的学者,中国和美国是该领域发文最多的国家;研究确定了87个关键词、4个研究热点和5个研究领域,并绘制了生猪产业低碳发展研究知识路线图。未来研究将继续注重技术创新、加强跨学科间的合作,并在此基础上,进一步应用跨学科方法开展生猪生产效率与动物福利、养殖主体低碳行为决策等前沿研究。同时,政府的引导能够让生猪产业降碳减排潜力得到更好地量化。

To explore the research dynamics and development trend of low carbon development in the pig industry,we have used the CiteSpace bibliometrics software to comprehensively sort out the related research field and to analyze the status quo of low carbon development in the pig industry in multiple perspectives based on the core database of Web of Science,and have revealed the evolution of research hotspots in this field as well as its development trend in the future.First,the development of low-carbon pig farming research has gone through three periods and four stages of industrial development in sequence,in which the two themes of gas control and efficient resource utilization have shown high heat in all the periods of research.Second,the network of core authors and institutional collaborations has been initially formed,in which Ronghua Li,Awasthi,Lehman,Sommer,etc.,are the most influential scholars in the field of research,and China and the United States are the countries with the most publications in the field.Third,the study has identified 87 keywords,4 research hotspots and 5 research areas,and we have drawn a knowledge roadmap for low-carbon pig farming research.We find that future research will continue to focus on technological innovation,and to promote interdisciplinary cooperation.On this basis,we have further employed interdisciplinary approaches to carry out cutting-edge research on pig production efficiency and animal welfare,and low-carbon behavioral decision-making of farming subjects.At the same time,government guidance is believed to be helpful for better quantification of the carbon reduction and emission reduction potential of the pig industry.
