神经解剖"形象化"在神经外科教学中的应用与探析

Application and exploration of"visualization"of neuroanatomy in neurosurgery teaching

目的评价神经解剖知识"形象化"(包括"联想化"、"具象化"与口诀)在神经外科教学中的应用价值.方法将参加神经外科学习的临床五年制本科生随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受传统的神经外科教学,观察组在对照组基础上增加"形象化"教学,同一老师组织教学实施,不同教学模式下学习的学生进行客观试卷考核和主观问卷调查,包括课程综合评价和个人学习效果满意度.结果与对照组学生的考核结果比较,增加"形象化"教学的观察组学生不仅在客观考题考核方面显著提高(P<0.05),在课程综合评价和个人学习效果满意度方面也明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论神经解剖知识"形象化"教学有助于提高学生掌握神经外科知识的能力,教学效果优于传统神经外科教学.

Objective To evaluate the value of"visualization"(including"association","concrete"and"formulation")of neuroanatomical knowledge in neurosurgery teaching.Methods Five-year clinical undergraduates enrolled in neurosurgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received traditional neurosurgical instruction.By contrast,the observation group received"visualization"teaching apart from the content of the control group.Teaching was organized and implemented by the same teacher.Objective examination by test paper and subjective questionnaire,including comprehensive evaluation of course and personal degree of satisfaction on learning effect,were conducted by students who received different teaching modes.Results Compared with the evaluation results of students in the control group,that of students in the observation group who received additional intuitive teaching upregulated significantly not only in the examination of objective questions(P<0.05),but also in comprehensive assessment of course and personal degree of satisfaction on learning efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Visualized teaching of neuroanatomic knowledge obviously improved students'ability to master neurosurgery knowledge.So,teaching effect of visualized teaching is better than conventional instruction of neurosurgery.
