2021—2022年度肇庆市端州区MCV预防接种AEFI监测结果分析

Analysis of AEFI monitoring results of MCV vaccination in Duanzhou District,Zhaoqing City from 2021 to 2022

摘要 目的分析肇庆市端州区2021—2022年度麻疹成分疫苗(Measles Containing Vaccine,MCV)预防接种的疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse events following immunization,AEFI)监测结果。方法收集肇庆市端州区2021—2022年度报告的MCV预防接种的AEFI个案,并进行描述流行病学分析。结果2021—2022年度共接种MCV 28022剂次,报告发生14例AEFI,其中一般反应12例,异常反应和耦合症各1例。2021年和2022年AEFI发生率、分类、分布特征及临床诊断相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。报告的14例AEFI均不严重,经过有效干预后6例治愈、8例好转。结论MCV预防接种的AEFI发生情况较少,安全性较好;发生的AEFI以一般反应为主,发生间隔多≤1天,男性相对较多,未来仍需加强MCV预防接种的AEFI监测。 Objective To analyze the monitoring results of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)during measles component vaccine(MCV)vaccination in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City from 2021 to 2022.Methods The AEFI cases of MCV vaccination reported in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City from 2021 to 2022 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 28022 doses of MCV were inoculated from 2021 to 2022,and 14 cases of AEFI were reported,including 12 cases of general reaction,1 case of abnormal reaction and 1 case of coupling disease.There was no significant difference in the incidence,classification,distribution characteristics,and clinical diagnosis of AEFI between 2021 and 2022(P>0.05).All 14 cases of AEFI were not serious.After effective intervention,6 cases were cured and 8 cases were improved.Conclusion The incidence of AEFI in MCV vaccination is less and the safety is better.The occurrence of AEFI is mainly a general reaction,the occurrence interval is≤1 day,and the male is relatively more.In the future,it is still necessary to strengthen the AEFI monitoring of MCV vaccination.
