乡村振兴战略下具体政策对农村相对贫困问题的作用研究--以陕西省为例

A Study on the Role of Specific Policies under the Rural Revitalization Strategy on Relative Poverty in Rural Areas--Taking Shaanxi Province as an Example

中国人民在中国共产党的带领下,通过70余年的脱贫攻坚,在2020年解决了绝对贫困问题。但在社会主义现代化建设进程中,相对贫困问题仍然是制约共同富裕实现的重要因素,因此如何解决相对贫困问题是学界研究的重点。本文以陕西省农村地区为例,运用数据分析的方法,重点分析2016—2021年陕西省农村地区在收入、教育、养老等各个方面实行的具体政策,通过观察政策下农村地区相对贫困问题的改善情况以及探究改善的原因。运用陕西省治理农村相对贫困的成果经验为以后进一步治理自身相对贫困以及其他地区探究乡村振兴战略影响下解决农村相对贫困问题提供启示和借鉴作用。

Under the leadership of the CPC,the Chinese people have solved the problem of absolute poverty in 2020 through more than 70 years of poverty alleviation.However,in the process of socialist modernization construction,relative poverty remains an important factor restricting the realization of common prosperity,so how to solve the problem of relative poverty is the focus of academic research.This article takes rural areas in Shaanxi Province as an example and uses data analysis methods to focus on analyzing the specific policies implemented in various aspects such as income,education,and elderly care in rural areas from 2016 to 2021.By observing the improvement of relative poverty in rural areas under the policies and exploring the reasons for the improvement.The application of the achievements and experience of Shaanxi Province in addressing relative poverty in rural areas provides inspiration and reference for further addressing relative poverty in the future and exploring solutions to rural poverty under the influence of rural revitalization strategies in other regions.
