摘要
培育高职生积极心理品质,不仅是培育良好社会心态的重要体现,也是青年发展型城市建设的内在动力。本文以社会生态学为理论基础,在调查和统计“双高”院校高职生积极心理品质发展现状的基础上,分析高职生积极心理品质发展不平衡、不充分的情况,积极心理品质在人口变量中存在较大差异以及积极心理品质高质量发展受到阻碍等问题,提出践行青年优先发展理念,以认知提升为基石,强化高职生自我节制和自我管控能力。着力优化成长健康环境,以多方协同为重点,合力缩小高职生积极心理品质人口差异。动员青年投身城市建设,以价值教育为始终,实现青年发展和城市发展相互促进。
Cultivating positive psychological qualities among vocational college students is not only an important manifestation of cultivating a good social mentality,but also an inherent driving force for the construction of youth development oriented cities.This article is based on the theory of social ecology.Based on the investigation and statistics of the current development status of positive psychological qualities among vocational college students in“double high”colleges,it analyzes the unbalanced and insufficient development of positive psychological qualities among vocational college students,the significant differences in positive psychological qualities among population variables,and the obstacles to high-quality development of positive psychological qualities.It proposes to practice the concept of youth first development,strengthen the self-control and self-control ability of vocational college students based on cognitive enhancement.Focusing on optimizing the growth and healthy environment,with a focus on multi-party collaboration,we will work together to narrow the population gap in positive psychological qualities among vocational college students.Mobilize young people to participate in urban construction,with value education as the guiding principle,to achieve mutual promotion between youth development and urban development.
